BSCE has been involved as the civil/site design engineer for the Comfort Suites hotel adjacent to I-15 at the new Custer Avenue interchange in Helena, MT.

Our firm provided engineering design services, planning, coordination with MDEQ and City of Helena, permitting. The project scope included water main extensions, a sewer main extension, a new City of Helena public lift station, force main, all site grading and drainage plans, parking lot design, and a Stormtech subsurface storm water detention/retention system.

This project also required extensive coordination with the Montana Department of Transportation, which is building a new frontage road (Washington Street) along the east edge of the Comfort Suites.
