Tonya is BSCE’s materials laboratory technician and also serves as our lead field/construction materials testing technician.

​

Accredited as an ACI (American Concrete Institute) technician, she is a certified nuclear density testing technician, and also performs construction inspection services for public infrastructure, utility installation, transportation projects, and site developments.
